  3. Was your port you plug your battery into loose? If your battery terminal is either missing a prong (one of the interior copper contacts), or has come loose, then this sadly cannot be repaired. You will need to a get a new device all together.
  4. If your new battery is not charging well or will not sustain a charge for long, and you have troubleshot your device for any other problems, then you may have a defective or broken part.
