Are your parts OEM?

All parts sold and used by PHONEDOCTORS® are OEM grade and are brand new.  Some parts may have small variances due to copyright and trademark restrictions (mostly logos).  Each part is backed by a full 180 day replacement warranty.

PHONEDOCTORS® strives to keep our most popular items in stock.  However, in rare instances we do experience delays from our suppliers, especially during peak times throughout the year on demand.  If you have already placed an order and received an “out of stock” or “back order” notice, you should have received an ETA.  If you have questions about your current order, please contact PHONEDOCTORS® support at

My part is not working properly. What can I do?

Although each iPhone screen is pre-tested prior to shipment, sometimes under rare circumstances a manufacturing defect can show up after the part was installed.  Our warranty, found at covers manufacturing defects up to 180 days after your order arrives.  Our warranty does not cover damage from abuse, installation error or normal wear and tear and should not be used as insurance.  To obtain a replacement, please visit  You will need a valid order number in order to complete the online replacement process.  If your part is not a screen, please contact Phone Doctors support at 10855-234-9483 or email at for details on how to obtain a replacement.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are only able to ship to locations within the United States and Canada.  For alternative shipping options, we recommend or for European and other International customers.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
