Six Month Warranty:

All defective merchandise, unless otherwise defined on this page, are eligible for replacement within six (6) months from the original purchase date. This six (6) month warranty does not cover physical damage or liquid damage caused to your parts or your device by improper installation or improper postage handling. Opening your device will void any original manufacturer warranty. By opening your device, you acknowledge that you assume all responsibility for your device, and its functionality or lack there of. Our warranty is not the same as insurance. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) may be required depending on the nature of your warranty claim.

REPLACEMENT POLICY:

Up to Six (6) Months After Receiving Parts:

All defective merchandise, are eligible for replacement within six (6) months from the original purchase date. Also, if within six (6) months after receiving your order, you accidentally damage your part(s) during installation, then you may pay our cost for a one time courtesy replacement part to be mailed out to you. This second replacement part is sold to you at our cost. This part will be sent to you via your preferred shipping service. Shipping options will be displayed during checkout. Out going shipping is not covered under our warranty. Return shipping for your defective part is paid by Phone Doctors. All returned replacements must be in the mail within seven (7) business days for your return to be eligible for a refund.

If you do not desire to repair your device again, we will extend our National Mail-In Repair Service to you. You may mail in your device for our technicians to repair it instead. More information regarding repairs by mail can be found here:

REFUND / RETURN POLICY:

Up to Seven (7) Days After Receiving Parts:

If you are unhappy with a product you may return it within seven (7) days of your parts arrival for a full refund less any discounts or coupons used. Item(s) must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) is required for all returns. Please contact our online customer service department for an RMA# prior to returning your package. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees if a refund is desired.

Any returns mailed to Phone Doctors without obtaining an RMA number, or returns after seven (7) days will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender. Product(s) beyond the seven (7) day return policy are covered by our six (6) month warranty, and are eligible for replacement if the parts are defective.

ORDER DISCREPANCIES:

Up to Seven (7) Days After Receiving Parts:

Customers must notify us of any order discrepancy within seven (7) days from the day you receive your order. All discrepancies will be investigated and resolved accordingly. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) may be required.

PARTS PHYSICALLY DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT:

Up to Seven (7) Days After Receiving Parts:

If your package arrives in a compromised state after shipment, or if your parts are visibly damaged after opening your package, contact our customer service team within seven (7) days of receipt. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund from Phone Doctors. Only replacement will be offered within seven (7) days of receipt. Our team will provide you with further information regarding your shipment.

After seven (7) days, your package then becomes the responsibility of your selected mail service provider. You will need to file a claim with your mail service provider in order to receive reimbursement for any damaged item(s). USPS Priority packages are sent with a default fifty dollars ($50.00) of insurance, and all UPS packages have a default of one hundred dollars ($100.00) of insurance. PACKAGES LOST OR STOLEN:

All packages lost by your selected or stolen packages are the responsibility of the mail service provider.  Phone Doctors will not resend the lost or stolen item(s).  If you are still in need of the missing order, simply place a new order online for the part(s) desired. If the original order is found, we will accept a return for a refund. Contact our customer service team for information regarding a return. SHIPPING FEES & REIMBURSEMENT:

We offer cross shipping for defective items and order discrepancies only. We do not offer cross shipping if returning an item under our REFUND / RETURN policy. Shipping options will be displayed during checkout. Customer(s) must pay all out going shipping fees (reimbursement will not be provided). If return shipping is required, Phone Doctors will provide a prepaid label for any defective item(s) or order discrepancies. All returned replacements must be in the mail within seven (7) business days for your return to be eligible for a refund.

RETAIL WARRANTIES:

Warranties for repairs by Phone Doctors Authorized Repair Centers are only valid at the place of purchase. Retail warranties  and according to the terms and conditions on your receipts.  Warranties for repairs purchased at Phone Doctors Corporate locations or Phone Doctors national mail in repair are valid at the addresses below.
