Six Month Warranty:
Within six (6) months if your replacement part fails, or is not responding properly, we will replace the defective part in question. This six month warranty does not cover damage caused to your parts or your device by improper installation. Our warranty is not the same as insurance, and does not cover accidental damage, neglect, or liquid damage.

If you accidentally damage your part during installation, or you suspect your part was damaged during shipment, then you may pay our cost for a one time courtesy replacement part to be mailed out to you. This part is sold to you at our cost. This part will be sent to you via your preferred shipping service. Out going shipping is not covered under our warranty. Return shipping for your defective part is paid by PhoneDoctors. ALL RETURNED REPLACEMENTS MUST BE IN THE MAIL WITHIN (5) BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE ELLIGABLE FOR A REFUND! If your part stops functioning properly within the (6) six month warranty due to normal wear and tear, we will also extend the replacement option for your product. If you do not desire to replace your defective part, we will extend our National Mail-In Repair Service, and you may mail in your device for our technicians to repair it instead. Please call for our mail-in rates prior to shipment.
Tools and accessories are also covered by our (6) six month warranty. Tools will be exchanged one time as a courtesy should they fail to function properly due to normal wear and tear. Our tools are the same ones used by our in-house technicians on a daily basis, and should last for several years with proper use.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you are unhappy with a product you may return it un-used and un-damaged within (7) seven days of your parts arrival for a full refund less any discounts or coupons used. Please contact our online customer service department for an RMA number prior to returning your package for a full refund. Any returns mailed to Phone Doctors without obtaining an RMA number, or returns after 7 days will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender. Product beyond the seven (7) day return policy are covered by our (6) six month warranty, and are eligible for replacement if the parts are defective only.
If you ordered the wrong part, or you would like to exchange your part for the same item of a different color (buyers remorse or gift exchange), we gladly accept exchanges. Please note: All refunds/exchanges do not include shipping charges unless otherwise approved by our customer service team.
PACKAGES OR PARTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT:
If your package arrives in a compromised state after shipment, or if your parts are visibly damaged after opening your package, contact our customer service team within (7) seven days of receipt. Our team will provide you with further information regarding your shipment.
If after (7) seven days, our customer service team is not notified regarding your compromised order, you must then contact the mail service provider for information regarding filing a claim. These damaged goods cannot be returned for a refund, as damaged packages or the contents therein are the responsibility of your mail service provider. USPS Priority packages are sent with a default (50) fifty dollars of insurance, and all UPS packages have a default of (100) one hundred dollars of insurance. PACKAGES LOST OR STOLEN DURING OR AFTER SHIPMENT:
All lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the mail service provider. Phone Doctors will not resend the lost or stolen order. If you are still in need of the missing order, simply place a new order online for the parts desired. If the original order is found, we will accept a return for a refund. Warranties for repairs by Phone Doctors Authorized Repair Centers are only valid at the place of purchase, and according to the terms and conditions on your receipts. Warranties for repairs purchased at Phone Doctors Corporate locations or Phone Doctors national mail in repair are valid at the addresses below.
