Description

The Apple iPad 2 WiFi and Bluetooth Antenna Flex Cable is your main internet and accessory signal receiver on your device. This part is located on the bottom of your device, right next to the home button/charge port. The WiFi antenna does not control your connection to your cellular network. If you are having network access issues, take your device to your phone service provider for more information. If you are experiencing problems connecting to a wireless internet signal, have a weak wireless signal, or cannot connect to a Bluetooth device, then this is the part you need.

Apple iPad 2 WiFi and Bluetooth Antenna Flex Cable Troubleshooting:

  1. If, after repair,  you are unable to receive an internet signal, or your connection is weak, open your device again and double check your connection. Generally, this sort of problem is due to a loose connection, or a loose screw holding down the antenna. Double check all your contact points, and make certain your antenna is fully plugged in.
  2. If all your contact points are tight, check your antenna for any signs of nicks or crimps (folding in half). Nicks will destroy a phone or tablet part, and crimps cause micro fractures in the fine metal inside mobile parts. If the metal cracks, the part will be rendered useless.
  3. If your part still does not work after troubleshooting, you may have a defective or broken part. Contact your source for the parts to see what their warranty will cover. If your parts came from Phone Doctors…
