Customer Service Representative (CSR) Job Purpose:
The CSR is responsible for selling PHONEDOCTORS® products and services and assisting customers with their product needs. The Company CORE Values govern the CSR who provides ‘WOW Customer Service’ and an exemplary customer experience by ‘focusing on the customer, not the dollar.’
Customer Service Representative (CSR) Job Duties:
Greet all customers who enter the store in a timely manner.
Assist in ensuring the store is properly merchandised at all times.
Answer queries from customers.
Give advice and guidance on product selection and services customers are looking for.
Keep the store tidy and clean.
Work within the CORE Values and company policies and procedures.
Keep up to date with special promotions.
