Having trouble setting up repeating alert tone of missed calls and messages. Samsung manufacture of phone I had been on phone with them three times, they assured me each time it was fixed: they remote accessed my phone to do the setting it needed, could not accomplish the task! I handed my phone to the gentleman at Phone Doctor, walked away with the phone working just like it should, took all of 5 minutes!! Would not let me compensate him for his service, ask only for this post WOW! Guess where I'm going when I have a future malfunction. Thank you.

Fantastic service! I broke my Pixel's screen over the weekend and called them on Monday to inquire about repair. Joel was extremely helpful and let me know they could do same day repair. I dropped my phone off after work and they said they'd have it done before close. I was a bit late and caught them on their way out just to ask when I could pick it up in the morning. Joel stayed back, though, and booted up the system again to process the payment for the service. I'm a tech guy, and normally I'd buy the screen online and replace it myself to save some money

I took my sons phone in to get the charger port fixed. The guy took the phone to the and in 5 minute he came back and said it just needed to be cleaned. Now it charges. It didn't cost me anything. The team at phone doctors are very friendly and courteous. If you need your phone fixed take it to them. The prices are reasonable.

They throughly went over everything that could be wrong. I was never pressured into paying them to do it or choosing the do it yourself option online. Me being satisfied with my repair and getting it done in a timely manner was their goal. There are many many places that repair cell phones but we will choose Phone Doctors because of the price, the knowledge and timeliness if the repair.
