Phone Doctors has been operating for over 10 years in the cellular repair industry. We started with a small operation, basically selling refurbished phones door to door and eventually opened our doors in Tulsa, Oklahoma to service repairs and sell refurbished devices. We have always had one main goal in mind; “Focus on the customer, not the dollar”…and we live it day in and day out. Now, Phone Doctors has grown to be one of the largest mobile repair companies in the United States and we aren’t stopping anytime soon.
We are dedicated to our customers and our staff and ensuring that Phone Doctors is much more than just a business. We are dedicated to making sure that we continue to find ways to keep costs lower than the rest of the industry as well as offer a customer service experience that stands out from the rest.
Our technicians are certified IPC-CIT (Certified IPC Trainer) and IPC-CIS (Certified IPC Specialist) Technicians. Basically, it means that we have instructed and certified knowledge on how to solder and deal with heat on your mobile device circuit board on tougher repairs like charge port replacements and chip replacements.
Cellular providers do a wonderful job providing you with a subsidized handset with an attached 2 year service contract. That’s a long time to wait and a lot of people break their screens or lose their phones well before they are eligible to upgrade their device. We have a customer based solution. We have the lowest repair prices in-store and we have an extensive replacement phone selection that saves you anywhere from 25-50% off retail replacement costs. What about insurance? These days, cell phone insurance has become ridiculously priced, especially considering the fees they charge for monthly and deductible fees. We like to think we are a great alternative to this.

Alex Iser - CEOBusiness Marketing.
Alex started his career in the wireless industry in January of 2000 wholesaling and retailing cellular phones with his older brother Gregg at Tulsa Digital and Lighthouse Communications.
In late 2001 he launched AriaStar Communications, a cellular wholesaling company targeting cellular authorized resellers and sold over 8,000 phones in 2002. In late 2002, the market was forced into changes that forced Alex to create a new line of work within the cellular industry; fundraising. Alex started a trend setting business; Cellular Funding.
The organization targeted Christian schools and churches, the plan: raise phones to raise funds. It was an ingenuous idea to gain capital without funding. Upon collecting phones, hundreds of phones needed to be repaired and refurbished in order to be sold, which grew into the company we still run today.
In December 2003, a business colleague called Alex and said, “I’m sending you a book and want you to take it very seriously.” A few days later the book, “The Purpose Driven Life” arrived and Alex started reading it. Alex always had passion to give big to God and help impact the world but the priorities had not been established. He thought in order to give big, he had to receive big. With the help of the book, God taught simple truths and fundamentals that would transform Alex’s faith in life and in business. The first truth was to trust and obey the Lord without question, regardless of how daunting it may seem. Another valuable word learned was to place the focus on people, not money. Money is merely a reward, a bonus to the level of service provided. Alex also discovered that he was called to be a Kingdom Builder, one to help fuel the kingdom of God and empower ministries and missions with their calling. Alex’s heart is to pursue God and press on toward the mark of his calling.
In March of 2004 God birthed another trend setting business for Alex, Phone Doctors. Phone Doctors strives to be frontrunners in the retail repair industry by innovation, creativity and a genuine desire to love customers.

Aaron Bedingfield - Chief Information OfficerAaron is a professional in the IT and Strategic Development industry. For the last 25 years Aaron has successfully delivered multiple products on schedule and within or under budget. According to many who know and have worked with Aaron his best asset is his ability to interact and get involved at the ground level with customers, managers, peers, senior management, and subordinates. Aaron has been recruited to assist with ARI and Phone Doctor’s expansion into new markets, and overall strategic development of the companies. He is currently located at the Phone Doctors corporate office and reports directly to our founder and CEO, Alex Iser. On a personal note, Alex and Aaron have known each other since late 2003. They share a deep love of Christ as their personal Savior and a desire to build His kingdom through the success God grants them in the business world.
John Killian – Senior Vice President of OperationsJohn Killian attended Rhema Bible College in 2006 and later obtained his Ministers License for the State of Oklahoma.
John has worked his way up through the organization to become a regional manager and a leader within the Phone Doctors organization. He has served as a Customer Service Representative, Assistant Manager, and a Store Manager. He currently serves primarily as the main administrative staff that oversees the day-to-day operations of the brick-and-mortar stores as well as inventory processing to and from the warehouse. If there is a position in this company, John has probably worked it. He diligently spends large amounts of time ensuring that day-to-day operations run as smoothly as possible.
His work ethic and integrity are clearly seen through his daily work and he is highly respected by our customers and our staff. His commitment to the organization is second-to-none and is greatly appreciated.

Brandon Gaffney - Sr. Vice President of Brand DevelopmentBrandon Gaffney graduated from Rogers State University in 2008 with a bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Management and a minor in Graphic Design. Brandon is also a member of Sigma Beta Delta Business Honor Society and co-wrote business plans that placed in competition in the Oklahoma State Governor’s Cup. During his time at RSU Brandon also served as President as well as Treasurer of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.
In his time here at the Phone Doctors, he has also served as a the Director of Human Resources, Technician, Technical Trainer, Store Manager, and Graphic/Video Designer. Brandon currently heads the Brand Development of Phone Doctors, ensuring that the look & feel of every piece of marketing and store design portray the professionalism and care for customers that is at the core of the company.
In 2009 Brandon graduated from IPC Training and Certification Program for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies as a Certified IPC Solder Instructor.
Brandon & his wife are both dedicated overseas missionaries, dedicated to sharing the gospel in impoverished parts of the world. Phone Doctors is dedicated to supporting their effort as part of its mission and vision statement.

Terry Dashner - Compliance OfficerTerry Dashner, who prefers to be called “T,” is an employee at Phone Doctors® in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is a 1973 graduate of Broken Arrow High School and a veteran of the United States Navy, having served during the Vietnam Era. He holds a BA from Northeastern State University and is currently working on an MBA at Phoenix University. He is active in his local church and serves as the senior pastor.
He is married to Wendye for 36 years and has three grown children and five grandchildren. He recently retired from a 20 year career in law enforcement, and looks forward to addressing new career challenges in business.
Jesse Wells - Lead ProgrammerJesse has been a team member since 2011 and has been the driving force behind many of the technological improvements to Phone Doctors and its subsidiaries. He continues to improve our point-of-sale systems and systems that coordinate with our consumers and suppliers.
Carlos JeffriesCarlos Jefferies attended Tulsa Community College in 2007 studying marketing management and was on the honor roll. Carlos completed 80 hours of Management Development from AT&T Wireless Corporate; these hours were accredited by the University of Houston.
Carlos excels in customer service and has brought all of his skills learned from his time as a store manager at AT&T to The Phone Doctors team. He frequently is tasked with teaching and mentoring Phone Doctors staff on customer service standards and helping to ensure that standard continues to raise across the entire organization.
Carlos currently heads up our business development team which coordinates repair processes and accessory sales to corporate organizations and school programs.
Carlos has been a Team Member since 2008.
