Before we replace your screen assembly we ask that you try following these simple steps to fix your problem.
1. Blue or black bars: This may indicate that your LCD cable is not connected to the main board properly. Remove the back cover and double-check the top left flex ribbon connector is securely fastened into the main board. Also, try a hard reset by pressing the power button and home button for 7 seconds.
2. White screen: This may indicate that your LCD cable is not connected to the main board properly. Remove the back cover and double-check the top left flex ribbon connector is securely fastened into the main board. Also, try a hard reset by pressing the power button and home button for 7 seconds.

3. Stress marks: The “yellow discoloration” or stress marks that you see on your screen could be from small pieces of glass that may have been left behind and are adhered to your mid-frame. We suggest removing the LCD assembly and thoroughly cleaning the metal frame of all glass, glue, and tape. There may be some sticky 3M tape or glue residue that you will need to remove before re-installing the assembly.
