Absolutely great product. I definitely feel like the product was worth the money. I typically can fix anything that gets broken around the home but when I busted the front glass on my Iphone 4 and saw all the small electronic parts inside I immediately became intimidated to even try. With this kit and the video from the website it made the repair a breeze and saved me a lot of money. I would have gave the product a 5 star rating but there was supposed to be a flat head screw driver in the kit which I did not receive. I got two phillips heads instead. No big deal because I had a set of small screwdrivers already but it was probably just an oversight.

Video and tools were great! Took me about 2 hours, but it was pretty easy to follow. I had one question during the video and it was easy to solve with the ability to chat instantly with someone! Thanks!

My wife ordered the digitizer for her iphone 4 (Sprint) and I can’t get the digitizer cable to reach the plug on the logic board. I thought it may have gotten crimped when I installed the new digitizer, so i took it apart and started over being extra careful to fish the cable all the way through, but am still coming up a tad short. Any ideas?

Hi Greg. Do not pull on the flex cable for any reason. Call us at 1-855-234-9483 with your order number and ask to speak with a technician who can help you with the install. This part of the repair can be very delicate.
